MediaViewer is a theme focused on fast browsing and research, which combines album and item views into a single view. It is based on the Slider theme, with modification to allow a grid of thumbnails with accompanying descriptions and keywords. MediaViewer has three sections; a sidebar for navigation and search, a thumbnail grid to list media items with their description; and a media playback panel above the grid. The media playback panel allows the review any images, videos, audio and documents that appear in the thumbnail grid.
01 June 2009 - released for community collaboration: browser compatibility work is required as a priority.
