Project Tasks

Gallery 2.1.1
- Fixes for 2.1.1 now in BRANCH_2_1; lib/support/chmod still pending
- mindless added to-be-filled-in rows in test matrix for upgrade testing
- bharat will drive this release, on track for 4/15 or sooner

G2 Preinstaller
- valiant got some feedback on chmod script; will update and commit soon
- coordinate release with 2.1.1
- source will live in packaging module in CVS

Docs
- No updates this week
- Got analysis of survey/card sorting data from Valerie.. now we need to do something with it
- h0bbel requests feedback be sent to -docs for http://www.shimmerstudio.net/wikki/index.php/Main_Page

Codex spam
- mindless finished autopatrol
- spam has been low lately, patrolling all edits is manageable
- closing this task
- Note: upgrade to mediawiki 1.6.1 is in progress

G2 Usability
- thumb created a new page for Katrina and Miranda to add
- Katrina did some usability work on AdminModules
- bharat will follow up and implement Katrin's suggestions for AdminModules

GMC block or "other resources" page for affiliate links
- bharat added new page, linked from mission box on gmc front page
- closing this task

Gallery Foundation
- schultmc just about ready to post draft bylaws so we know responsibilities of board members before selecting the board
- schultmc will contact virshu's NPO accounting expert friend with accounting questions
- some discussion of Foundation vs C Corporation (bharat will arrange a discussion with colleagues who are part of the Python and Apache foundations who have feedback regarding this)
- after 4/15 bharat will meet with tax guy to get opinion

Theme contest
- No updates this week
- beckett has done some work on theme docs, but none in a while; he'll post what's he's got for feedback
- volksport has picked up ownership of this; discussion/planning on -core

Migration to svn
- Preparation for migration to begin after 2.1.1 release; actual migration timing needs to coordinate with G1 schedule
- mindless will drive this if no one else steps up
