The YUI files currently used in the default G3 install are not currently a reset. These files are, rather, a CSS stylesheet with a whole range of settings that need to be overriden.
A true reset file should reset all elements to '0' and all text elements should be set to '100%'. --Retroguy 00:45, 11 January 2011 (PST)
