Specifically, if .htaccess based changes
to php.ini files are blocked by hosting providers, users may need to actually edit a php.ini file or talk to their provider. I'll study the information on http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery2:Installation_Requirements#PHP_Settings. I may provide this link, but I haven't decided yet.
Revise description of "output buffering."
Explain what should the user do if they don't have new enough PHP and it's
their computer.
Provide a link to an online resource for win/mac/linux.
Explain that localization support is only required for other languages, so they
don't need to fix that warning if they just use English.
Provide a link to an online resource here if they are on their
own server.
