GMC-G2 uses the linkitem module for the Gallery 2 Demo Sites album. The script /var/www/.vnchome/vnc is used to support the webpage snapshots for thumbnails in this album.
After a GMC reboot startup the background VNC process to support the snapshots:
sudo -u www-data /var/www/.vnchome/vnc start
