Archive Upload Module
Enables extraction of files from uploaded zip files to add each as a separate item in the gallery.
Description
Makes it easier to add many items at once by allowing upload of zip file. Requires external unzip binary.
Usage
- Install, configure and activate the module in Site Admin -> Plugins. Also see: Installing Modules with External Dependencies.
- Add a zip file to your gallery using any of the available methods to add items.
- If the zip file contains folders these will be created as new albums. If the zip file contains only images then they are added to the album where the zip file was added. The zip file itself is discarded after extracting its contents.
