Members Module
Information about your members and their albums/items.
Description
Makes a block available to themes that shows member summary info. Also links to some additional views with member list, member profiles and member items.
Features
- Shows a list of all registered users
- Shows the latest albums/items for each user in a summary, and all items / albums of a user in a detailed view.
- Configure whether or not to show the email address of your users
- Configure to show the block to everybody, registered users, or only to admins
Usage
- Read the plugin installation instructions to enable the members module.
- Configure some settings in site admin -> members
- Add the members block to your sidebar in site admin -> themes -> matrix (or for any other active/used theme)
- Now you and the visitors of your site see a members link in your sidebar in all album / photo pages.
Requested Features
Currently there is one feature requests for this module.
- Not sure if this is the right place.*
But I'd like to request adding to this module the ability of users (visitors or registered users) to send an e-mail to a member. Users in my old gallery did receive frequent e-mails, requests and comments via such a form. It's very useful when someone wants to get in touch with the author/owner of a picture and/or wants to request permission to use it.
- It would be nice if the registered members could OPT-IN/OUT to receive an automated email when the gallery is updated or new [e.g., NOTIFIER]
