Adds a sidebar block that show recent comments.

To install, extract the "comment block" folder from the zip file into your Gallery 3 modules folder.
Afterwards log into your Gallery web site as an administrator and activate the module in the Admin -> Modules menu.
Adjust the settings you need on the administration page; admin -> settings-> comment block.
You should now see the comment block in the sidebar management; Admin -> appearance -> manage sidebar. Where you can reorder other blocks.

The comment module must be installed and activated.
