No Right Click
Disable right-click on pages.
Description
Adds JavaScript code to the page to disable right click.
Installation
- Download the module
- Extract the module to the module directory of your G3 install.
- Activate the module: Login -> Admin -> Modules. Check the box next to the module. Click update at the bottom of the page.
Disclaimers
- As with all "no right click" scripts this one is absolutely useless as all it does is annoy legitimate visitors without much knowledge of how the web works.
- It was only designed to silence the requests for no right click foolish security.
- It Does NOT prevent image theft. If it is on the screen it can be captured, saved, printed. Use permissions and watermarks.
- The whole idea of preventing people from saving things from the Internet is totally flawed: you simply have to make up your mind: either you give people the data or you keep the data for yourself. You cannot do both at the same time!
