Adds a slide show link and provides a Cooliris slide show functionality.
You can select between "Mini" (default mode of standard Slideshow module), Wall (3D Wall) and Page (embedded slideshow) mode.
For Embeded view, you can select Width and Height of the View point.
Please notice that when used first time in Page view mode, it will ask you to configure access to your feed from Cooliris web-site.
If you prefer not to allow it, you need to download JS from their web-site and adjust module code to refer local version.
