Summer of Code
- We've heard from all students.
- Continuing with bharat's suggested steps: 1st step is to get hey on #gallery, 2nd step is to find a small useful change for them to make, so they can get experience sending out code reviews, disc
Gallery 2.3 Roadmap
- talmdal making progress on the database export stuff.
- Signe working on akismet and comment module. Will probably embed akismet in the comment module for now. bharat predicts we won't need it to be modular for quite a while.
- josefs filed design doc for the plugin requirements / dependency framework.
GalleryCon 2007
- We need to all record our date preferences on the GalleryCon2007 page.
- jmullan will pick a hotel and restaurant by next week.
- ~30 people attended last year. Ballpark 25 this year.
- Melody (Jay's wife) is thinking about organizing SF.
- Core team agreed on the importance of beer : )
G2 Usability
- No updates on the survey / usability this week.

Translations
- No updates this week. From last week: ckdake continues to work on evaluating 'pootle' and that it continues to be a challenge to set up.
Gallery Foundation
- schultmc away this week. No updates this week.
Gallery 1
- g1.6 is definitely going out the door. We have 51 commends on that thread, that's easily a new record for a story.
