Summer of Code
- students are now getting familiar with the team and project (until May 26)
- more detailed design docs would be good to work on
- johndbritton: active and looking at things
- phinze: haven't seen him around much recently
Summer of Usability
- ckdake working with katrin to shorten list and pick the student, will do some interviews on IRC

- reviews process is very slow (bharat is scheduling time to do reviews every day for 30min at 5PM PST)
- 1.5.8-RC1 and 1.6-alpha4 on May 31st.

- bharat, talmdal, and ckdake are "psyched" as bharat says.

- backport fixes and ask for code reviews or contact the security team to see if 2.2.5 can go in (after end of next friday when school is over and will have more time)

- look over review #621 and get that in

- maps module on GMC (no due date)
- keep doing G1 reviews
- get some g2 reviews to get into the g2 swing again
