- tim_j got us some $ examples for lodging
- we should stay somewhere centrally in Amsterdam
- bharat will be looking at the spreadsheet to see what Gallery can afford
- tim_j will find us some cheaper-but-not-quite-skeezy hotel rooms.

- work with valiant to resolve private svn issue
- figure out what Gallery can afford for GCon
