Summer of Code

• phinze: no updates
  • becket got eval in on time thanks to lots of reminders from schultmc
• johndbrittion put up some docs but there are a bit weak: [Gallery2:Localization Server]
  • demo up at http://dev.johndbritton.com/
  • talmdal got eval in on time
  • plans to continue working on localization server after SoC "Gallery has not seen the last of me"
• SoC gettogether is Oct 25/26

Gallery 1

• two bugs to be fixed, tim_j will make reviews for each of them
• need to coordinate release with 2.2.* and 2.3-*

Gallery 2.3

• (valiant not at meeting)
• RC2 depends on getting stuff from RC1 fixed. We want to rush this due to G1, but its a big job

Summer of Usability

• final deliverables are research and design (due to lack of Gallery dev time to get his ideas implemented)
• will continue working on HTML+CSS mockup that we can use later

  • backport fixes and ask for code reviews or contact the security team to see if 2.2.5 can go in
