Gallery 1.x (Jens)

• No updates. Assuming stuff from last week is still relevant:
  • Audit in. 21 issues, most multi-part
  • started fixing things
  • needs help fixing java thing
  • needs reviewer
  • added first review to ccollab (#500)
  • some issues may share file coverage
  • parallel release of 1.5.8-RC1 and another 1.6 beta for security things (more remains to be done on 1.6)

Misc

• Translations: No update
• Docs: Jeff will keep working on docs (see http://codex.galleryproject.org/User:Jward2039 )
• GCon 2008: no updates
• Advertising: Digibug article posted (ckdake)
• redistributors: ckdake is gathering info from mike kleinert and andy to put the list together
• msdn licenses: still don't have em, ckdake is pursuing
• project<->project donations: no change
• t-shirt give-aways: no change
• debian stable backport of 2.2.4: no update

Gallery 2.3

• Talmdal blasting through the blockers
• valiant/bharat will do full lang pack manager review
• http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery2:2.3_Release_Blockers is getting small
  • Language Manager <-- talmdal and under review
  • issue/bug with repository downloads / MANIFEST: closed as cannot reproduce (talmdal)
  • Bug 1421123 Hidden items show up after album permission change... <-- talmdal waiting on review
  • SQLite issues <-- talmdal working on one of these
  • Bug 1823020: [imageblock] ORDER BY RAND() is very slow: fixed (talmdal)
